Gratitude #2: Who are you grateful for?
Who am I grateful for? My Mr. Darcy of course!
He’s been my partner in crime for over thirty years. We survived undergraduate degrees together. Planned two master graduations and a wedding all in the same month then sponsored church youth camp three weeks later.
He held my hand giving birth to three children–came very close to delivering two of them himself. 45 minutes isn’t much time to spare getting to the hospital!
We’ve been together longer now than not. We’ve canoed together, spelunked together, and we dress up in fancy clothes and dance together. What can I say, he’s a really great sport!
He’s been my biggest cheerleader through thick and thin and I’m incredibly grateful for him!

Just blessed that I can have what I need (plus get what I want , though not all things I want)
I’m grateful for a wonderful husband who both takes care of me and is proud of my own achievements; he doesn’t see those as competition or as taking anything away from him. Also our two amazingly wonderful grown daughters.

I am grateful for the air I breath, the God I love, my wonderful family ,a roof over my head, food on my table abd a pillow to lay my head on at night.
Mr darcy has a t shirt to say he is he. We have been together 40years sounds a long time but blinked and it happened. Lucky me.
I am grateful for my husband. I blinked and suddenly find that we will be married 49 years this year. Where did the time go? God had a sense of humor when He gave me what I needed most.
I forgot to mention that I am grateful that his cancer is in remission. How could I forget that?
