I love this guy. He is such a hoot and makes you want to try anything he is suggesting. Oh, I love yeast rolls. I may have to try this. I need to try and find yeast [good luck]. If we go lockdown again… I may have to make my own bread. If worst comes to worst… I can do a sourdough starter. I never did find yeast. I will look tomorrow just to see if I can find it.
