Here in the UK we celebrated in March but Happy Mother’s Day to you. I hope your family spoil you today or just spoil yourself and congratulate yourself on a job well done ?
Yes, for some of us Mother’s Day is difficult [for many reasons]. However, I do wish blessings to so many people who have an influence on a child whether they are yours or belong to someone else. Lots of love and hugs to you and thank you for loving a child. May the memories we hold in our hearts of our own mothers blossom into a bouquet worthy of that love.
Here in Ireland we had Mother’s Day in March. My own children always make it special for me but it was also poignant for me as it’s the first one since my own Mother died. I hope you all had a happy one.
I do hope today was a good day for whatever reason for every reader out there. My son brought his two kids up and also treated me to sushi. His wife had the day off to enjoy with her mother. My husband doesn’t eat sushi was he was on his own…leftovers.
